The company has been formed by a group of treasury veterans, with decades of
cumulative experience in forex trading, precious metals trading, risk
management, consulting, bank treasury, corporate treasury, international banking
& trade finance.
It has its Head Office in Chennai and its consultants operate from
Chennai and Bombay

Directors:

David Arputharaj - Managing Director
He
is a well-known forex expert and consultant, whose 17(out of
22) years of banking career was focused on foreign exchange, treasury and
international banking.
He has a Masters degree in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras ( IIT-M
1975)
.He is an Associate of the Institute of Bankers, London ( ACIB)
,the Indian Institute of Bankers ( CAIIB) and the Association Cambiste
Internationale, Paris(ACI.Dip).
He has held the position of Chief
Dealer, Foreign Exchange at Syndicate Bank,
BCCI, Bank of America in India and
Chief Dealer, Foreign Exchange & Precious Metals Trading at Saudi French
Bank in Riyadh. He was one of the finest Indian forex traders of the eighties
and early nineties. He has received extensive training in London, Singapore,
Riyadh, Bahrain and Dubai from multinational banks such as Mantrust, Bank of
America, Bankers Trust, Chase Manhattan, Chemical Bank and Banque Indosuez. He
is a former President of the Forex Association of India. He is a regular speaker
on the subject of foreign exchange and risk management at various business
schools, seminars and forums.
His rich banking and trading experience combined with his
experience for the past 10 years in forex and risk management consulting, place
this company in a strong position to offer products and services that would meet
the genuine needs of corporates in this area.
K.N.Dey - Director
A well-known forex and risk management consultant, Dey brings
with him the rich experience of heading the
'Financial Risk Management' Division under the Global Risk Management Solutions
practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai for over 2 years. He started his career with a leading public sector Indian bank for 14
years in foreign exchange and International Division, followed by
12 years as a
forex consultant with a well-known firm,
at
the Top management level.
He has advised a number of leading MNCs and large Indian companies on market risk management (currency rate, interest rate & commodity price
risk). In his professional experience of around
26 years, he has
interacted with over 500 odd companies and is respected by many of them for the value
he has added in their 'market risk management' operations. Further, he is
also a regular speaker in a number of forums on the subject of market risk management.
A.G. Joseph - Director
He is a BE
(Hons) in
Mechanical Engineering with Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA)
from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A).
He has over 16 years of Industrial Experience in Production, Marketing, and
Human Resource Development in leading organizations like Ashok Leyland, Modi
Xerox and HCL. The last position held by him was President - HRD of Shriram
Group of Companies, a Rs. 1500 Crores group.
For the last five years, he is the CEO of Excell Management Consulting Private
Limited. He is also a Director in IMLABS, a software development organisation
and Excell Technology, an IT Solutions organization.
Mr. Joseph has been a highly rated part - time faculty in Loyola Institute of
Business Administration (LIBA) and MS Program in Management of BITS, Pilani, MBA
program of REC - Trichy. In addition, he conducts programs for Madras Management
Association and Anna Institute of Management.
